The client
Shirtual calls itself Singapore's leading merchandise service, and the claim is structural rather than decorative: they run the whole chain in one place — design, manufacturing, printing, photography, warehousing and distribution. Over 100 apparel blanks, more than 100 fabric and colour options, over 30 printing techniques, plus custom cut-and-sew. The detail that actually wins business is a minimum order of 40 pieces, low enough that a school or a small brand can order without committing to a container.
What we did
Merchandise is bought on trust in the finish, and the hard part online is proving finish before anything is in someone's hands. The work centred on making the range navigable rather than overwhelming — separating brands, companies and schools, since those three arrive with completely different questions — and letting the lookbook do the convincing that a spec sheet cannot.
