The client

Lamont Capital works in management consulting, advising on corporate actions — public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring. Their clients are handing them decisions worth a great deal of money, so the brand has a job to do before anyone has read a word of the proposal.

What we did

They came to us needing an identity that evokes trust and professionalism, which is easy to say and easy to get wrong. We aimed for reliable and timeless rather than current. Blue carries the weight of stability, paired with a refined serif to project authority — a sans would have read as a startup. The logo is geometric, balancing modernity against classical proportion, so it signals precision without looking like a technology company.
